A Great Tool for Refugee Microenterprise Lenders!

Published more than 10 years ago, Microenterprise Lending - A Cookbook for Mutual Success by Karen A. Dobson, Phil L. Black and Maria  L. Hein is an excellent tool for new and experienced lenders. The manual was published with the support of Office of Refugee Resettlement  and  many successful ORR grantees i.e. International Institute St. Louis, Business Center for New Americans (then NYANA), META, Opening Doors, WESST etc. This lending manual has a lot to offer - forms, checklists, real life examples and is a great training tool for the business development staff.
