Program Technical Assistance

ISED enables governments and funding institutions – and their grantees – to maximize program and service impact. Technical assistance often incorporates on-site and remote consultancy to grantees, workshop production, interactive learning through webinars and discussion forums, and the design of program implementation toolkits.

ISED is the longest standing provider of technical assistance to the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement and has provided program guidance for several other government and institutional entities.  ISED currently delivers technical assistance to:
